Our new Toy......toys
« on: December 15, 2017, 03:25:57 PM »
With us moving to northern Alabama next spring, it is time to start grabbing a few necessities we'll need while down there.
We recently built our shop (30x50, with 12x50 shed) and bought a 2016 (120 hrs) Kubota 2501, and just yesterday I found a good deal, or should I say I "aided" in the deal with a little haggling and found a very nice 4' cultivator.
Today, I ordered two 16" bedders I'll mount across the back on a square bar.
More pics as things get painted and finished.

I know you are looking forward to the move. That is a beautiful, functional building. It will be useful to store things as you move until you have time to settle in and rearrange. You need to look at a pair of finger weeders to get the weeds and grass as it sprouts between the plants in your rows in the garden.  Congratulations on your building and pending move.

Exciting times cat,

Your new shop looks good and that Kubota looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. We are all excited to live this new journey with you. Best of luck and have a very Merry Christmas!!

Rabbit...
We built the shop down there in Alabama, not here in Arkansas so it is already off our list of things to get down before the build.
Yeah toad, I am sure you are keeping that tractor running for me...........diesel?   How do you know that Kubota doesn't run on coal?   I am sure it coughed a few plumes of smoke IF you did start it ;D

Nice shop nice toys, hope you got a quick disconnect on the front end loaded, that means more attachments I mean toy a man can have, let us know soon as the shop is to small, I have 60X80 and it's to small, really I would like to have a 150' X 300' but I might be getting to old for that now.
