What Mr BB said + one vote from me, This is a world wide problem & truth in sentencing will help instead of wrist slapping the perpetrators. The other thing missing in society is teaching everyone simple respect for each other & the rights of the community ,rather than focusing on & pushing  the rights of the individual. We need to move back from this I & me attitude, back to the us & we attitude .

A new Primary school teacher was telling her class that only Humans stuttered , when a little girl put her hand up & told her teacher that her kitty stuttered once. The Teacher was amused by this & requested more information as to her stuttering cat. The little girl went on to tell the tale that when  she was out in the back yard of her house with her kitty and  the big Rottweiler next door got a run up & jumped the fence. The teacher said that must have been frightening, to which the little  girl said it sure was & that was the time when my kitty stuttered, Its back was arched & its hair stood up & it went furrt ,furrt , furrt, & before it could say FU** Off, the Rottweiler ate it  .Needless to say the Teacher left the room for a moment.

G'day Vince,
The Ombudsman service , to help protect human rights for the little guy was started by a Labor Politician  Mr  Sid Einfield, back in the early 1970's(, in Australia) ,that is from memory& will need verification. But congratulations on defending yourself against one of the big bullies.( P/S I take it you are changing banks. lol )

G'day Chip,
I do cook it low & slow( using the slow Cooker method ) so I can use a cheaper cut like  Gravy Beef or Chuck steak , sometimes it can be Blade steak. Because I make my own Hooch & the cost of rum is not a consideration, I put some of the  Rum on the steak the day before to marinate a bit & use what dosen't get absorbed & a bit  more in the gravy. I never thought of using balsamic in the stew mix ,so I will give it a go, I cheat a bit  by using a beef stock powder on the meat  during marination  to intensify the flavor of the beef against the rum & Dark brown sugar.

G'day All,
I was told that stress is caused when ones mind overrode ones bodies urge to choke the living daylights out of someone who deserved it, However , whilst messier, I do believe the aromatherapy  may have merit in severe cases, LOL.
