Thank ya'll Maggie, Mr Horse, and Rabbitproof. This is a quick video of his first steps way back then. I was hesitant to post the link  but will for a short time.        https://realtimes.real.com/share/n4YNG1
I'll take some more pictures today if I can.. the other calves are always photo b ombing it seems. My phone is old and it takes the picture about 10 seconds after I push the button... oh well. ( it is 4 years old and one of those waterproof kinds- which I need. I ran over the last  with a tractor  and the other got into the mixer wagon- the cows left it in the trough  . haha  judy

Thank ya'll.. It was an answer to prayers.. :)     I remember it was really cold those weeks when he was in the barn. Later,  I finally was able to let him and his momma out in the  small pasture. I was so worried about it being cold and rainy but... then the warm weather moved in . So unusual but  I was sure grateful.
He is still sorta thin- he started refusing bottles not long after he started walking good at the barn. I think the taste of the powdered milk  was just yucky compared to his momma's fresh milk  because back then, he'd take the rubble nipple but would roll it around in his mouth and refuse it's taste. I do have creep feed out for him and the other calves with him.   They all like that. :)    judy
