I read every word  and will only add that he is a true gentleman for the sport, for the kids , and for the fans. Jewel & I had already become Bronco fans & was a John Elway fan. When Elway brought Manning to the Bronco's we became super fans.

We just received an Email from the Alzheimer's association that Glen Campbell's  wife has reported that Glen can no longer play his guitar and has lost nearly all speech ability. He was diagnosed with ALZ in 2011 about the same time as Jewel.

So very sad. Mr. Monroe we pray for you and Jewel and hope for a much better outcome than Glen has. All our very best,

How to make a stink bug trap.

http://newcountry1079.iheart.com/onair/scott-stevens-54950/it-is-almost-stink-bug-season-14478431/

this was awesome crazyhorse!  thanks for sharing!  we get at least 1 a day in the house.  the little version of this to catch them is gonna be a big help.

fyi...i use these to stop the japanese beetles in our yard.  used it last year and got bags and bags of them.  the shape of the bag is similar to the soda bottle idea.  funnel them in and they can't get out.

post something!  c'mon...you know ya wanna...  :)

Thank you DB, I read an article which was written by a neurologist in which he explained that women with ALZ retained their vocal skills much better than men with ALZ.  Jewel & I grew up  talking to each other, playing word games , studying together, kidding each other, & laughing together all that still goes on. Jewel has had the cataracts removed from both eyes now and with her new reading glasses she is back to reading. This is important.

Scumbag behind the Paris terrorist attacks last November was arrested in Belgium over the week end. Prison will be too sweet for him IMO.

Buyer Beware: The 12 Most Pesticide-Contaminated Fruits and Veggies

https://www.yahoo.com/news/buyer-beware-12-most-pesticide-contaminated-fruits-veggies-223821112.html?nhp=1

Excellent article Crazyhorse! I know this is a much debated issue that I simply don't understand. Why do we keep putting up with even having these products on the market? Simple logic should tell us that anything that kills insects or weeds, can't be beneficial for humans. Would anyone knowingly drink RoundUp? They why would we eat something that we know has been exposed to it???? The chemical companies tell us how safe it is but, I'm pretty sure their own chemists won't touch the stuff. We just go on eating foods we know we shouldn't and hope for the best.
One example that stands out in my mind is the number of children with ATD or any of the other multitude of afflictions today. I'm 73 years old and I can't remember a single kid having any of these afflictions when I was growing up. Could it be because these pesticides and insecticides weren't invented yet? I think so!
I only wish I could grow everything I eat and never have to purchase anything I don't know how it was grown. So, I just go on hoping for the best too. Any, I'm about as conservative as anyone can be but,  think this is possibly something out government needs to be involved in protecting us from.
Hopping off my soapbox........
