Successful 2017/2018 deer season
« on: January 09, 2018, 08:20:03 AM »
I am an avid bowhunter and this year I have been blessed to have filled my family's freezer and to also add another mount to the wall.  Killed my biggest buck to date along with 2 very nice sized does.  I have one more hunting trip planned before the season ends.  I will be leaving Saturday 1/13 thru Saturday 1/20 to do some bowhunting in north LA for a final hoorah send off for the season.  Here are some pics of the harvests.

Bowonly >< U did yourself proud with that Buck, Looks to be a 10 point, nice Buck, my deer season has gone very well, no wall mounts, but the freezer is slap full, from what I am seeing the 18/19 deer season should also be good, we are seeing lots of young 6 & 8 points, with lots of button & spike, I think I will make A couple more hunts, I just love to see the Sun Rise from a blind with a thermos of hot coffee >< I call it watching the World wake up, sometimes I forget my Rifle & am just armed with a camera

Thanks guys.  My goal on my next trip is to try to kill a deer that I can give to my mother.  Her freezer is a bit on the empty side.  If another big buck shows up, so be it....plenty room in the house for more mounts.  LOL!  Thank God I have a wife that wants every room in the house to be adorned with a deer mount.
