fertilizer types and characteristics
« on: July 28, 2017, 10:23:04 AM »
i found this link while researching something for here on the boards.  this was an excellent resource for the types and main components of the fertilizers sold today and what each type does to the soil.

Looks a lot like my Agronomy 101  book.  This  is a good source of information though, it is an  .edu site.

hi david.  yes, i look at a lot of the .edu sites when i look things up. i try to share them if they are really good ref material that covers a good amount of info that a lot of the folks on here could use. the nice part is there are other topics at the top of that page you can access as well and then use the left side menu to read up on sub topics.  it had a lot of good info available for free.  the topic on weeds was very good as well.  it went into the physiology and how they spread, etc.
