Mesh onion sacks
« on: January 27, 2018, 04:56:38 PM »
Anyone have an online resource for 5 or 10 pound mesh onion sacks? I'm looking for a small quantity, everyone either wants $2.25 each or you have to order a 1000.

hi parrothead

they had regular mesh onion sacks on ebay, but they only hold 4lbs.  they did have the heavier ones, but as you mentioned, they get pricey fast.

are they for your own use?  or to sack up stuff to sell?

if they are for your own use then i would suggest going to the dollar store and getting the mesh laundry sacks they have there.

post something!  c'mon...you know ya wanna...  :)

Woodchip, thank you very much. The bags will be used for my personal and family usage. I think I'll order those 10 pounders, they won't be too big. I always send home taters and onions with our girls when they visit.
Thanks again!
