Made with Cherokee Purple tomato.  I give away quite a few tomatoes, but I can be stingy with my Cherokee Purples  ;)   Hope your tomatoes do good this year.

That looks so good!!  I can't wait to duplicate it here soon!  All my tomatoes, including some good sized Cherokee Purple are still green.  That is definitely one of our favorite meals in the summer with some sliced cucumbers.

I'm hungry again now.

Aunt Ginny's purple and Limbaugh's Legacy tomatoes tonight. I smashed 2 of these and I might have to eat another one.

My daughter in law brought over stuff to make burgers and such yesterday...it was hot and she knew me and my wife were working out in the heat and all...anyway, she had these store bought tomatoes for the fixinís and I was too hot to eat anything hot so I just had a cold sandwich with tomato lettuce and onion with some mayo and tried one of the tomato slices...very disappointing...all I could think about was these beautiful tomatoes here and how good a cold slice of one of these would be...yeah, Iím jealous...lol

After looking at the pictures, I had to make me a BLT for dinner last night. I feel terrible for the masses that will never know the joy of eating a home grown tomato. In addition I would suspect that some have their favorite bacon and hands down mine is Wright Bros. bacon.
