Tonight's Repast will be a Maiden hair pasta In my Bolognase sauce ,The house is smelling like an Itallian Feast ,as it takes me at least 5 hours of gentle simmering for the sauce to meld & thicken, my Ellie is doing a Minted Rhubarb Jelly for the Farmers market & there are 12kg of simmered Granny Smith Apples straining?filtering on the side board  for an apple & cinnamon Jelly we were asked for.    Regards Pete

G'day Guys, I did a 4 Egg Omelet with Diced Beef & onion ,crushed pineapple, grated Cheddar cheese, Seeded Tomato chopped finely, I splashed a little home made Worcestershire sauce on the meat & a sprinkle of Garlic & all spice to add some mystery to the dish . This was consumed with a cuppa tea & the boss thought it OK as she did not have to cook.

Last night I cooked a pot of cut up turkey wings for supper, this is one of my favorite dishes. It's cheap and packs that turkey flavor and the wing tips with all of the natural gelatin makes a good gravy.

I've been wanting to make a soup with it for a while so I decided to make a small pot of broth to make an Asian influenced bowl of turkey ramen.

I grabbed some gravy and turkey then made a broth with mushrooms, carrots and celery sticks. I pulled the meat off the bones and made a bowl of fresh Asian noodles.

I started prepping the bowl with the goodies from the broth

Added a handful of Asian blend frozen veggies

Ladled in some broth

Topped it with hoisin sauce, sriracha, chili pepper crisp in chili oil and fried garlic

And finished it with a handful of cilantro and some banty eggs cooked for 5 minutes marinated in a Tare.

This was perfect on a cold night!!

Looks great Ragun! Always enjoy your cooking and well done pictorials, keep um coming! Is there such a thing as a Cajun without Magnalite cookware?
